Overview

Oh My Focus does not use user accounts and does not sell, share, track, or profile personal data. The app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.

Information processed on your Mac

Oh My Focus processes only the information needed to provide its features:

• Pointer position: Used to determine which display is currently active. It is not stored or transmitted.
• Display identifiers: Stored locally to remember per-display settings.
• App preferences and focus session state: Stored locally so your selected settings and active session can be restored.
• Notification permission and local notifications: Used to notify you when a focus session ends. Notifications are handled by macOS. Oh My Focus does not use a remote notification server.

This information stays on your Mac and is not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling.

Remote banner and network access

When you open Settings, Oh My Focus downloads a public JSON configuration and image from Cloudflare Workers to keep the banner content current. While Settings remains open, the app may check again at intervals of up to five minutes.

The request does not include pointer position, display identifiers, app preferences, focus-session information, user content, or an app-generated user or device identifier.

Cloudflare Workers Logs may store the request time, method, URL or path, response status or outcome, and performance or error metadata. Cloudflare may also process the IP address and network-routing information required to serve the request. The developer uses these logs only to monitor banner delivery, security, availability, and technical problems. They are not used for behavioral analytics, advertising, personalization, tracking, or profiling.

Under the Cloudflare Free plan currently used by the developer, these logs are retained for up to three days and then automatically deleted. An IP address may be linkable to a user or device, but Oh My Focus does not combine it with an account, an app-generated identifier, or other data to re-identify anyone.

Selecting the banner currently opens the Oh My Focus support page in your default browser. Oh My Focus does not currently operate a click-analytics endpoint. If these practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change is released.

Third parties and sale of data

Oh My Focus does not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for advertising. Cloudflare infrastructure is used to deliver the public remote-banner files.
